Each jar of Magic Sparkles holds 1.5g of flakes which may not sound a lot, but the flakes are virtually weightless so there are thousands. The flakes can be mixed to create lots more shades and Magic Sparkles can also be ground to create an even finer edible glitter dust.
Magic Sparkles couldn't be simpler to use . . . sprinkle liberally on to icing or apply more precisely using a little edible glue or confectioners' glaze but please note not water, as the flakes are soluble. All jars have tamper-proof labels and a BBE date of at least 12 months, often longer.
