JEM PETAL BASE 50g pot
An incredibly handy product all the way from our friends JEM, in South Africa.
Petal Base is a blend of vegetable oils and has a delicious vanilla aroma and flavour.
Apply a little on any work surface prior to rolling out sugarpaste, mopdelling paste etc and you'll find that the paste is cleanly and easily released from cutters and equipment. Makes a huge difference when using plunger cutters.
BBE exempt although JEM's own labelling refers to a BBE date which can be as short as 2-3 months (cheeky!). Not an "edible" item in the same sense as sugarpaste although obviously can be safely eaten, so we advise using within 12 months.
